Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. New mortgage - stick with BoA or go local?
We're going to be selling our house soon. We currently have Bank of America. Should we just stick with them or try to go with a local bank for a new mortgage?
I've heard national banks are better & I've heard local banks are better.
What do you think?

I honestly can't answer that. I have had my mortgage with BoA for nearly 10 years, and have been very happy with them. My only issue was when I refinanced a few years ago and they kept losing my faxes and emailed forms, but that was more an organi
That's exactly what we were thinking but then I thought maybe we should shop around.
I've heard along the way that BoA has a bad rep but I'm not sure why. We've had them for nearly 3 years & haven't had any issues as of yet. I'm leaning
I think at minimum you should at least shop around for interest rates closing costs etc. It doesn't hurt to look.
