Although I'm a normal weight, I'm in terrible shape. I'm having some back issues lately and I want to build up my core. I can barely do a sit up, push up, or plank. What are some REALLY beginner exercises I can do to strengthen more core before I transition into normal ones? Any ideas?

There are many side bend/movements that may be up your alley! And many videos that are "crunch-less" ab workouts. Once you know how to use those muscles, you may even find that you'll squeeze in a couple reps while doing chores or work! Also know that
