Anniversary Gift for Hubby- 1 year

So the one year anniversary is approaching and Id love to get my husband something special but A) I have no idea what to get him and B) He would have a heart attack if I spent a lot of money.

Ive been as creative as possible in the past and am running out of ideas

Ive already got him the following for bdays, xmas, ect:

An ipad

Tickets to see his favorite pro hockey team

a bacon of the month club membership (what can i say, the man loves cured meat)

a gift certificate to an outdoor sporting range

personalized gifts, expensive whiskey...you name it

Im out of ideas and again, he would def. not want me spending a lot of money.  We live in NY and are going to be in San Fran for the weekend and I already know he's planned a surprise dinner for me..any thoughts on what I can get/do for him?
