Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community.   • I could be doing better with my eating, but I'm ever-so-slowly getting back in to exercising, having completed two days of Couch to 5K (I used it last year and loved the program but then completely fell off the wagon after the wedding so I've had to start

  • While I haven't really lost anything, DH and I have been pretty good the past few days.  We have been eating better which the exception of Easter.  We have also been to the gym every day since Saturday.

  • I have been working out everyday and eating extremely well.  Somehow my scale has not budged in two weeks!  I'm really getting frustrated. 
  • I am doing ok.  I have been eating really well, staying under my calorie goals but have not worked out since Saturday. My weigh-in is Friday morning, hoping for no gain...

  • I haven't been checking :-/ I haven't been exercising the way I should, but I've been cooking and eating at home a lot more, so meals have been healthier. They're not always the healthiest they can be, but I know what's going in my body!

  • This week was not the best.  I ate ridiculously over the weekend due to Easter and Passover.  I gained weight on Monday, partially because of all I ate last weekend and partially because it's my week of the month.

  • I've been eating pretty good, working out at least twice a week (trying to add more) and been adding extras walks/stairs during the day.  I'm still gaining weight like crazy, might be time to get checked out.
