DH and I got a pre-approval for a mortgage last night. My aunt was a realtor but her license expired and it is going to take her a little while to get it back. We got the names of 2 other people, one from my aunt and one from the martgage consultant. So my question is, when you went looking for houses, did you go with the first realot you talked to or did you sort of interview them? If you interviewed them, what questions did you ask?
