Temporary adhesive for scrapbook

I'm trying to put together a scrapbook of all the letters my mom wrote my grandparents when my parents moved away for school soon after getting married. I'm thinking of placing the envelopes on the page with the address facing out and the letter tucked inside. Some of the paper is really delicate and I'm not sure if I want to make this permanent.
