Back to my slump... I did nothing last week. Well, I did put together an ikea desk. Oh so sore from that.
I have my gym bag, and plan to hit the gym tonight. W3D1 on the dreadmill... maybe half the circuit training.

Tuesday, Weds, Thursday and Saturday I went to the gym. All 4 days I started on the treadmil, then moved to the weight machines and finished off with 15 minutes on the bike.

I sucked last week. I was still feeling off from that bug I had so I didn't want to push it. I did do two laps around DelRec with my SIL and T on Saturday.
