Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Earth Day Open House
Just wanted to let all my fellow nesties know about the awesome open house in Downtown New Kensington this weekend. Fresh Heirlooms (an awesome reuse boutique, specializing in repurposing and reimagining all sorts of vintage items into useful and unique household items.) is having an Open House and Pin Party to celebrate Earth Day, with lots of refreshments, earth friendly crafts and fun like-minded folks to chat with. They are offering an adorable make and take craft using old corks and making little planters for suculents. I (local soapmaker, Autumn of Bewitching Brew Soap) will be showing you how to make your own hand scrub using coffee grounds with repurposed containers to take with you. Stop by this Saturday from 1-5pm and get in on the fun.
