Has great customer service. 2 weeks ago we wanted a "nicer" dinner but didn't feel like cooking so we decided to get takeout from Roadhouse. We did it a few months ago and it was vey good. This time...not so much. My ribs were VERY dry (DH joked that it was like meat gum trying to chew them.), DH had salmon that he said tasted funny and they gave us fries with M's dinner instead of green beans. I understand food will not be as good as eating it fresh in the restaurant, but this was so bad. So I called them to tell them and the manager was very nice and apologized and asked for my address to send me something as an apology. I'm thinking he'll send a coupon for a free appeziter, but it turned out to be ac ertificate for 2 dinners up to $30. I was very surprised. ![]()
