let's talk running shoes
Confession: currently, I'm running in a pair of New Balances that I have owned since approximately 2002 (I wish I was exaggerating) I know it's terrible to run in them since they're that old, so I went on my lunch break over to the new balance store to get fitted and see if I had any issues I needed to know about. I have a high arch, so they said I need something with a bit of support in that area. What kind of shoes do you ladies have?
Sneakers have become so much lighter!! seriously, the pair that I'm wearing now will feel like bricks now that I've tried on the new styles. I didn't buy a pair today, I was nearly out of time on my break and I have commitment issues.

My recent couple sneakers are asics. I used to wear new balance but they fit my arch weird. I feel like asics works best with my arch and I think they are comfy.

yeah, once you know what works for you, you can just look for that style number online or in-store. Right now, I am wearing Asics but I am do for new shoes and I think I am going back to New Balances.
