Couch to 5k app?

Any rec for C25k app (iPhone)? I downloaded the first one that came up which is free and had a ton of reviews. It's by zen labs. It is really easy to get started but I'm not seeing info on my run. I want to track how far I ran and my time per mile. But I'm not seeing that info. If you use an app and has that info which one? There are more apps but some that cost and I can't really figure out if they do what I want. I'm fine paying but don't want to pay for crappy app.

also it obviously needs to tell me when to walk and run. The one app looks like its the official one but doesn't have many reviews and the ones it has says the voice commands don't work.

Re: Couch to 5k app?

  • I dont' have an iphone, but used an app called RunDouble. It gave me run/walk cues as well as average pace, and distance. I was happy with it.
  • I have the Ease into 5K app. It does have a journal that shows the day, # of miles, and time. It also has a GPS setting and a bunch of other stuff. It is a free app, the Ease into 10K is $2.99.

  • I used the app you have, then used either Map My Run or the Nike Fitness app to determine distance/pace.
