migraine sufferers
Anyone else out there?! Ugh, I have been really lucky not having one, but yesterday right when I pulled in my driveway I started seeing spots. We were having friends over for dinner and it sucked I had to leave the table and go to bed. Thankfully, its our best friends so they were fine hanging out with my H. Now this morning I feel hungover, my co-workers told me I look like crap. haha! Any remedies? I just took Excedrin migraine. Man, they are the worst!

Sometimes a cold/wet rag helps me. Also to just lay me head down and close my eyes for a minute while taking deep breaths to keep calm.

I've never had a migraine, but someone on my facebook just posted this migraine smoothie. I have no clue if it works.
1/2 pineapple, 3-4 kale leaves, 1 stick of celery, 1/2 cucumber, 1/4 lemon, 1/2" ginger root
