Florida recs?
We're supposed to spend Christmas with DH's family this year (we alternate families each year), but b/c Graeme will be having his heart surgery in the fall, we may not be able to do the long-haul flight to England.
His family (16 people, including 8 kids) is willing to travel here and do a week in Florida since that's a shorter flight for us. Any recommendations on places to stay? We know nothing about Florida or where to start looking.
We were thinking of renting a couple houses (w/ a pool) on a resort near Orlando. OR, rent houses on the beach within driving distance to Orlando (so they can do Disney before/after our beach vacation, or go for a daytrip).
Any suggestions?
