I am crossing my fingers and thinking so many positive thoughts that they catch Suspect #2 today and Boston can return to life as usual. This is very scary, and the more I hear the worse I feel.
But, I need a little distraction and a pick-me-up today. So, tell me, what are your weekend plans?
Tonight, daycare is running extended hours for "date night" and DH and I are going on our first real date since... our anniversary last June, I think. I'm excited! We're going for Ethiopian food, since that is eaten with your hands and would therefore be hard to do with a toddler and baby requiring near constant attention.
No firm plans for the rest of the weekend, but I want to fit in a lot of sleeping, yard work, and a visit to my 87-year-old grandmother who goes in for a hip replacement on Tuesday.

I know how you feel I just keep updating my browser at work and seeing if it finally says "captured". A lot of my friends that still live up that way are home safe and sound which is great. my dad works up there too so I assume he didn't go in! p
We're going to Abyssinia, on Wickenden Street in Providence. We've only been once before, but it was really good! I'll update with how it goes. They don't have a liquor license, so no wine for me

This place looks great! I'd love to try it. I had a roomate for a year or two after coollege when I was living in boston that was from Eritrea. She used to cook for us sometimes and would have loved this place. Although, her favorite food was italian!<
