I was going to kill dh last night!

needless to say with the twins I have not been getting much sleep lately.  We got the okay from the doc and we started putting cereal in their nighttime  bottle.  So they finally slept for 6 hours!!!  of course this is the night that DH has a bout of his sleep talking,  I wake up to Dh yelling "DEE DEE DEE DEE DEE DEE DEE DEE DEE DEE etc"  he was just sitting up yelling and rearranging the blankets.  I get him calmed and back to sleep.... I finally get back to sleep and Bella starts crying... sigh.  yeah , he has no recollection of any of it!

  • Oh my gosh! I think I would pee myself if I woke up to that I'd be so startled!

  • DH is a talker and a mover.  When he dreams about playing basketball FORGET IT!  I feel like I have to wear a helmet to bed sometimes.

  • he does this kinda often so
I am not that startled anymore but when he first did it he scared me half to death
  • LOL that is hysterical! Not for your sleep schedule, but I think I would also pee myself if DH did that! He does mumble in his sleep occasionally. I swear, one time he rattled off his social security number. And once he dreamed there were spiders on my face and slapped me...he felt so bad the next morning!

Sara - your twins are adorable! My sister just found out on monday that she's having twins, we're all very excited! She's a little overwhelmed because it was an unplanned pregnancy to begin with. We're hoping for a boy and a girl so she can have her instant family and be done, but both identical and fraternal run in our family, it could go either way!

  • lol That is pretty funny.  Between DH and I, I am the one who has sleep issues.  I talk in my sleep quite often and also have been known to sleep walk . . and throw things (makeup compacts) in the process.  Its not at all pretty.
  • I used to sleepwalk when I was young until I was like 12. I think my most embarrassing moment was when I was 9 or 10, I took off my pajamas and ?stuffed them in the toilet in our downstairs bathroom, then walked upstairs and slept on the floor in front of my bedroom door.?image? So ashamed.

Thank goodness I don't do that anymore!?

  • Actually, I think that was my most embarrassing moment ever. Thank goodness I was only 9ish and that I don't ever have to relive that!
