My husband and I are planning on moving in 1 1/2 to 2 years. (Possibly buying in a year). I was looking around to check out the market and mostly because I had gotten bored, but I found this beautiful house. It was a 3 bed 3 1/2 bath European (with a turret!) 2 car garage, in ground pool and hot tub. It's absolutely gorgeous. In a great neighborhood and it's listed at 100, 000. (This is Arkansas, reason for the prices so low. But this is low even for here.) I'm in love with this house but not really sure what to do. I didn't expect to fall I'm live with a house this early on. I just don't know what to do about this....
Re: Too early?
If you really love it that much I would go see it and still see if you love it that much. I am a Realtor and many times the in person feel is different than the one given by the photos on the internet.
I also, dont know your situation but if you really still love it maybe consider moving up your timeline
I agree with this. We just bought a house. When we went online to look at them, we found a ton that we loved. When our Realtor would take us to the houses, we would find that we didn't love it. I'm not saying that would be the case for you, but the seller/seller's agent takes pictures of the best of the house and not its shortcomings.
