Good morning ladies! It's that time of week again!
How was everyone's past week of training? Any challenges you faced? Or rewarding moments along the way?
What is your plan for this week?
Are you including diet changes along with your exercise plan?
Yesterday was my first 5k since completing c25k, and I am happy to report that I have a new PR (personal record) for that distance. My very first 5k was 34:27 and yesterday I finished in 33:30! I also attended my first level1/level2 yoga class rather than the basics class I had been frequenting. That provided me with all kids of new challenges. But also inspiring to see others in the class with such great form!
This week I will probably start the Hal Higdon novice 10k plan to increase my endurance and mileage.

Congratulations Amanda! That is great.
I did week 1 last week, it reinforced my non-love of running. Although I do better when I go to either Millvale Park and run the trail or North Park.
But I also went to class three times last week
I've been absent for a long time from this board, but I popped on and saw you ladies talking about running.
