I just got a BFP last night. I have already been having bad nausea but am not sure if it is from the pregnancy or from my anxiety. I am excited about the BFP, it happened so soon, I was expecting it to take longer as this is my 2nd month TTC.
Anyways I just wanted to say hi and see if you ladies have any advice on the nausea.
Thanks!

Congrats and welcome!
As for nausea, you can try a bunch of different things. What worked for me was always keeping something in my stomach, suckers, sea bands, bubbly water, and carbs. Good luck!

Also, I seemed to feel better on an empty stomach. I

Pg is no cake walk, but MS has been by far the worst part for me so far.
What worked for me was red Gatorade and plain salted potato chips. I also liked French fries.

Congrats and welcome to GPM!
Things that helped my nausea were eating small quantities often, lots of carbs and protein, and lemonade.
