Hello & listing with toddlers

Hi, ladies!

We are *thisclose* to having our house listed for sale.  We are in the final stretches of decluttering/tidying/cleaning.

Have any of you had your house listed when you had toddlers?  Any advice?  I'm nervous about having our house "show-ready" with two little ones.
