Too good to be true??
I'm in love with this house and if it stays on the market for just a little while longer, we want to buy it. Houses are cheaper around here, but this is cheap even for around here. My question is what is you guy's opinion. We know it will need some renovating, but that is why we want to buy a year before our move in date ( Also is this a smart or dumb move?). Anyway here is the link... Opinions appreciated!!!!

WOW. That is a very interesting house....looks very cool. I wonder why it's so cheap? From the initial pictures, it looks like most of the stuff if cosmetic - kitchen and bathroom definitely need updating, but if they are functional and it's stuff you
Your inspection (you should get one done on any home you may buy) will reveal if there are significant troubles with it, which may be why it is listed so low.
My first thought was the shakes roof. Those are costly to replace.
The MLS status just changed to pending show... What does that mean? and I would definitely get an inspection
