Phuket Recs?

We are headed to Phuket as part of our Asia vacation in just over a week... we already booked two excursions - one to the Phi Phi Islands and the other to James Bond Island... anything else we should see while there?

DH and I will be going to Phuket in October so I don't have any first hard recommendations for you. She said the class took a few hours and you got to eat lots along the way so it was really like a cooking class and a meal. Hope this is helpful!
When I visited 2 years ago I did John Grey's Hongs by Starlight tour - it was amazing! DH and I still talk about the Lo Mein they served for lunch, yuuuum! And the scenery is beautiful, and it's fun to kayak into the hongs.
