Local companies for re-fi?
I am looking to re-fir my house. Know of any local banks or brokers to use? Right now I have wells fargo, but I would like to have a more local bank.

My mortgage guy called me last week about refinancing. He's with Capital Mortgage Finance Group. They have an office in York. My loans were sold to Wells Fargo and Citimortgage but he could probably get you started.

I live in Annville. I dont even know if a 1% reduction would even be worth the closing costs because (hopefully) this is not my "forever house".
