Re: Weightloss Wednesday
I'm taking what the doctor said to heart, so I'm really striving for 4 work outs this week. Probably really going to have to push until they figure out why I'm so tired.
Monday - walked 30 mins at lunch
Tuesday - Gym after work - C25K
Wednesday - rest
Thursday - C25K outside (suppose to stop raining)
Friday - rest busy busy day with appts
Saturday - C25K and ST Circuit
I got a little derailed with eating this weekend. Back on track this week!
It definitely is, ha. I wish it was Wednesday.
I made myself get up and run after almost talking myself out of it, though, so hey, I'll talk about weight loss today!
(Although I also stepped on the scale, and oof.)
Do you think I can use this post saying it's Wednesday as an excuse to only go to work two more days this week?? haha
This week hasn't been good for me. I haven't weighed, but I know my eating has been bad due to my mom visiting from out of town, so we ate out a lot. It was also my MIL's birthday, so we ate out for that and had cupcakes. Tomorrow is my SIL's bday and Thursday is my bday, so this week doesn't look good either...hahaha.
