sore throat in the 2WW?
Hi all...me again, the girl who seems to fall apart in the 2WW! 
I posted a few days ago about a UTI and now here I am again, this time over analyzing early symptoms. I went to bed last night feeling perfectly fine and healthy, and woke up today with a terrible sore throat...not scratchy or coughing/producing mucus, but it hurts so much to swallow and feels like my glands are swollen. I googled this (of course) and people seem to be 50/50 about this being an early symptom or just a coincidence. Anyone else experience this? If it helps, I *believe* I am about 8-9 dpo...I know you all don't know if I'm pregnant, and I'll be testing this week, I just was wondering if anyone else had a sore throat right before their bfp. Thanks so much!

I hope you aren't getting sick. It seems something is going around - a lot of people at my work are sick.
When you've been married this long, you need a ticker to remind you.

The only symptom I had before my BFP was fatigue. I was taking naps, which was abnormal for me, but I chalked it up to stress. Turns out I was pregnant.
I think the sore throat and UTI are just a coincidence, but that doesn't mean that you're out this cycle. Update us when you test. FX for you!

I've never had a sore throat before a BFP. Hopefully you aren't getting sick, but I would chalk it up to a cold or allergies. That doesn't mean you're out, but it's probably not a pregnancy symptom.

I get a cold/sore throat right when I get my period... just sayin'
