Weekend highs: We went out to dinner with DH's sister and her husband and their daughter on Friday night. We went to one of the Hibachi buffets around us, and it was delicious. It was busy, but all the food was fresh. One of our best visits! On Sunday, I actually got up and went to church with my parents. I then went to this mother/daughter tea at our church with my mom Sunday afternoon.
Weekend Lows: Didn't really have a any lows. Still a little peeved at DH, but I'm starting to get over it.
TTC since June 2012
Highs: I got a ton of stuff done yesterday.
Lows: I had to go swimsuit shopping. So that is always a horrible time. But I guess I found one that will work. (I'm going to Dallas next weekend to visit a friend and we will be visiting a pool.) Also, DH and I went to lunch and "Iron Man 3" on Saturday afternoon. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't what I wanted to do. I had a crappy week last week and I just wanted to be by myself. But H had made these plans and I would have looked like a b!tch if I'd have bailed. Anyway, we had lunch at PF Chang's, and for some reason it was really bad. Then, at the movie, there were like 12 kids under the age of 2 and they screamed the whole time. What is wrong with people?
This week: Busy, but I have Thurs-Fri off since I'll be in Texas.
Highs: I actually had a few naps this weekend
Lows: was pretty sick this weekend. even though it was so nice outside I felt like crap.
Highs: H and I went to an *awesome* 5 course wine-paired dinner. I didn't get to enjoy most of the wine since I was the DD and also in the 2ww, but I had a few sips here and there which was nice.
Lows: After an awesome Friday night, I spent most of Saturday reading science journal articles for work, then 7+ hours in the library on Sunday doing a final. But with that out of the way, I'm officially half-way done grad school! Only two years to go!
