  • I lost .6 lbs on Sunday.  WOOHOO!

    I walked at lunch Mon, gym yesterday after my echo for 30 mins of arc trainer and 30 mins of the ST circuit.  Debating on resting today or tomorrow.... or Friday.  I have my gym bag, so we will see.  I will get in 4 days of work outs! 

    I usually work out Saturday, but I have a day of shopping planned with my mama.  Mission - non-skinny capris!!!  I love old navy, but that's all they have this year.  It looks awful on me... I want to be able to MOVE. /rant

    I've been meh about eating.  I made Amish Friendship bread Sunday and it's delicious!  So i have a slice every night. It's also TOM week, so something sweet is good hehe.   We're having a lot of celebrations at work, but I've been trying to just get the fruit and veggies.

  • According to MFP I've been eating way too much sodium.  I'm less than a week before my period, so I'm craving salty things.  My fingers are like sausages, lol.  My scale said I was up 3lbs.  I think it's mostly water weight.  I guess we'll see where I'm at next week.
  •  Monday i finally started using MFP again. I've lost 3 pounds! I plan to start doing yoga and swimming laps. So far just limiting calorie intake. One of my friends is trying to lose weight too, so we created specific weight loss rewards charts for every ten pounds!

    I'm getting back in to calorie counting after letting it slide for a while. I use the LoseIt! app. I like it well enough. I've never tried MFP though and I know a lot of you ladies love it.

  • I've been doing really well. Weigh-in is every other Friday for me and I was down 1.2 lbs last Friday. I've been eating really well (with yesterday being not as great) and I am feeling good. Hopefully the scale reflects that next week when I weigh in. I will be leaving for work travel next weekend and I NEVER eat well when traveling.

  • I went shopping on Sunday with two of my girlfriends and I felt depresses the whole time and I've been feeling pretty crappy about myself since.  I hate that I feel that way, so I'm getting my a** in gear and I've just gotta force myself to do it.  It's time for a change!

    H and I hit the gym last night and I did about 45 minutes of cardio.  We are going to the gym tonight, tomorrow, Saturday and maybe Sunday.  I've been eating really good since Monday and I'm pretty happy about that because that's usually the hardest part.  We even went to a happy hour at a bar last, and I was able to stay strong and order a chicken salad and only drank water.
