Mine is hands down my Kindle! I love that thing. DH is all about his big TV and surround sound.
We are both pretty much attached at the hips to our phones. (Coincidentally enough, this came up in conversation today since he was trying to figure out how to program addresses into the navigation function on it so he could just take that instead of his GPS for work)
Very close second would either be my camera or my fitbit.
