So, last summer, I was pretty much dumped on here at work. We had a number of people leave, and those of us that stayed had to pick up all the slack. My position lends me to some pretty flexible responsibilities (because my co-worker keeps going out on leave for surgeries, etc).
Anyway, it looks like after spending an entire year fighting back we're right back where we started. 3 people have quit in the past 2 weeks, and I'm once again being asked to pick up the slack. Which isn't a problem, I am totally willing to help out, but that co-worker has been out since the beginning of March, and I've already been handling both her and my responsibilities.
So now I am taking on half of another persons responsibilities. That means for the next few months, I'll be 2.5 people.
The more I think about it the more frustrated i become, so please help distract me.. GIFS/Jokes/PIPs??

I really just don't get how they think this is a good idea. I've been so swamped since March that I'm already working between 45 an 50 hours a week.. I'm not sure how much they think I can handle...

I'm really thankful for one of my co-workers who has taken a few of 'my' clients off of my hands because she saw how bad of an idea this is... Those are the reasons I stay here... even when I have been contacted by a recruiter for a position that pays quite a bit more than this one..
