DH is grumpy because of work stuff and his man cold - so I am kind of hoping he goes out to happy hour and maybe relaxes some.
We are having a birthday party for Noah next week and of the 15 kids he invited, so far 2 have RSVP'ed.
I've whined about how jealous I am of all of the time Casey gets to spend with G (here and to friends) - and now, knowing that he's going back to work soon, I'm dreading being a single parent for months again. I want it both ways and can't have it.
I really want to start working out again, I miss it so much, I don't have the time now and I won't have the time when Casey goes back to work. I guess I'll just watch my @ss expand.
I've recently discovered that some of the people in my life who I thought were extremely nice and genuine are some of the most judgmental individuals I've ever encountered and I don't really know how to handle it.
I can't wait for better weather, I love talking long walks with G and Casey.
We had my coworkers baby shower and I'm so full - I'm ready for a nap!
I feel like every weekend for the next 3 months is booked and I'm not enjoying it. How did life get so busy!?
DH has started taking the kiddo out for Daddy/Daughter dates on Saturday mornings. They go out to breakfast and usually go do something together. Not only is it adorable - I LOVE the quiet time for myself!
Our boro is replacing sewer lines in our town, so our sidewalk/street is jacked up. In the end it will be fixed (and quite nicely), but for now it just looks ugly!
Just got invited to a Tupperware party from a girl who I used to be really close with. Now for the past 3 yrs. we only exchange christmas cards. Annoyed that some people only get in touch when they want something...
My current obsession is Simpson Tapped Out. Does anyone else play it?
For the first time in my life I'm letting my nails grow out. People actually complimented me on them! It's really weird. Now I feel like I have to go get a manicure to keep them up.
The first thing out of Mason's mouth this morning was "I came from the future." It was both hysterical and freaky. I asked him what he meant, but then he started talking about something else. I am hoping this has something to do with Buzz Lightyear.
I signed up to run a half marathon in October. Not sure what I was thinking!
MIL is seriously on my last nerve. I may have to go to dinner on Saturday already drunk. I'm not sure how I'll be able to make it through!
