Re: Weekend/Mother's Day Plans
Today is supposed to be the last nice day for a while so we are going to try to take advantage of it and play outside! I am hoping to convince DH that we should take a walk later.
Saturday we are going to breakfast with MIL. I was glad to hear DH set something up with her for Mother's Day because he has been mad at her lately and hasn't really talked to her much. I don't blame him since she was using him to get info on his sister which is a whole other big dramatic deal.
We are hoping Saturday evening to have BIL, SIL and 2 mo Niece over for BBQ and Bonfire.
Sunday I am making a casserolle to bring to my Mom's for Brunch with her and Grandma that lives next door. I don't know what DH has planned for me but I know he has something since he was asking about what our finances look like ( I handle the bills).

I really don't have any plans. I'm the one who usually hosts, but I just don't have the energy to get it done. I think I'm going to get both Moms a nice plant and card. Lame, I know. I might ask DH to go on an adventure tonight to get two nice plants. (They both like to garden).
Not much tonight.
Saturday I just want to figure out coordinating outfits for Lucy's 1 year pictures that we're taking NEXT weekend.
Sunday I believe we're going to the zoo and then meeting up with H's sister, mom, and our niece and nephew for dinner or something. Should be a nice day.
Probably the pack n' play. I peeked and saw we got the jogging stroller. Whoo hoo!

tomorrow I am having lunch with my mom, sister, and grandma.
I prepared my mom's present tonight! It is a balloon that says "baby boy" with a weight and a card addressed to "Grandma" (this is the first grandbaby). I wrapped them in a box (with pink wrapping paper and teal ribbon).
I think she will be surprised when she opens it!!!
On Sunday we are planning to go to Ikea and get a changing table, side table and lamp for the nursery. Once that is done, we will have to get the glider and we will be done with furniture!
When you've been married this long, you need a ticker to remind you.
