I had my first blood test done yesterday to confirm my pregnancy, it was positive! But, they said the number was low for how long I am supposed to be along (4.5 weeks). So, they're thinking I may only be 2-3 weeks, but would an Internet cheapie have had a positive outcome if I was that early?
I have to go Monday or Tuesday for a second blood draw, but the nurse seemed to think that I am doing just fine.
I would have asked the nurse, but I was in the middle of a training at work and had to get back in.
Re: Beta Question
After 31 cycles and two losses, we've been blessed with a healthy baby girl!
Congrats to both of my amazing TTC Buddies, tdmd09 and sb2006!!
Life of Amberley
She didn't tell me the actual number, I really wish I would have asked her for them. I'd be much less confused.
I don't know my O date, this was my first cycle off BCP and I only tracked CM and AF days. She said according to my LMP, I would be roughly 4.5 weeks, but my beta indicated 2-3 weeks.
Thank you!
Congrats to my TTC buddies Amberley18 and tdmd09!
After 25 months- medicated cycles and a failed IUI- The most planned surprise baby ever is on his way!
You could be a little over 3 weeks. I wouldn't worry too much if you don't know your number and don't know what date they're going off of.
And unless you O'd on like CD5 there's no way to know if you're pregnant at 2 weeks since you start counting for pregnancy at CD1 and not O. Most woman are just O'ing at 2 weeks so they don't even test until 4 weeks.
Congrats to both my TTC buddies, Amberley18 and sb2006 on their beautiful babies!
