Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

How was everyone's weekend? Good! I finally started getting back on track! I tracked points Saturday and Sunday and spent an hour on the WiiFit Saturday night.
Any new food/recipe finds lately? I made sweet potato wedges last night and sprinkled garam masala on them. SO YUMMY!! Definitely a new favorite!
Struggles/Sucesses from last week/the weekend? The last few weeks have been a huge struggle as I did not track and did not eat very well on vacation
Anything coming up that you need help with? As always motivation to work out! I don't have any friends in the area to do classes or go running with. I might try and pick up a Zumba disc for the Wii
Are you stuck in a rut at all? If so, how can I help? Doing well. Trying to behave so I don't feel so bad when I splurge at our anniversary dinner this weekend!!
