I got a phone call from this recruiter lady this afternoon.. she wanted a call back ASAP, and also emailed me about this opportunity that she thinks I'd be really interested in.
I emailed her back and let her know I would call her once I left work.
She wrote back with more details and asked if she could submit my resume.
Ladies, this would be about 10-15 minutes from home, using the software of the company I now work for, and it pays more than I make now.
So I am like, absolutely, send away.
As I'm looking up info about the company, one of my co-workers (my old roommate) comes up and is like, look.. I just got an email from one of my old clients... she is hiring, and is wondering if I know of anyone who would be a good fit..
And sure enough, it's the same company. So my old roomie just let the company know I would be a good fit
