We've been gone for a year now. It's a lot nicer in our new home. You all should come and join us.

I was around last year when the TN went wacko. Yes, it did stink.
Personally, I think over time the traffic here will increase (it has already if you compare it to right after the Mass Exodus).
But to answer the OP's question: No.
Yeah....... 4 whole posts have been posted in today. That traffic is reallllllly picking up over here. LOLOLOLOLOL!

I think its funny that the people who left have come back on many occasions to get some more people. We get it, its mucho wonderful over there. lol
Boards like this will pick up, maybe not as fast as some people hope, but its a site people seem to visit. Proboards are meh, maybe you guys should pay for an actual domain and host your own board.. along with some content other than just a board. Just an idea.

I definitely like that it's not cliquey. My problem with most boards is the fact that you have to be in the in crowd to even get responses.

I like the folks who post here. I've learned a lot from them.
I like that it's not an intimidating clique-dom, where it feels like I'm intruding in a convo between old friends if I post.
I like the slower posting frequency, as well, since between work, family,friends, volunteering, working out, and life in general, I don't get on here every day.
At this point, we've all heard about ProBoards and how it's sooo much better there and how no one is here anymore (funny, I'm not no one, and I'm here).Some of us have checked it out and made our decision, so if we're still here, it's because we want to be.
I'm not speaking about MM here.
In general, I actually like it better without the regulars. I last about ten minutes on Proboards without getting p.oed, so it's blocked. Who needs that kind of stress? I only went back to begin with so I could win the Oscar contest.
I somewhat agree, though of course there are many good posters over there nowwho are still my friends. Some of these baiting posts read like middle school-"join our clique. Don't you feel dumb not being part of our 'popular' clique?" Sorry, I'm not 12 anymore.
What I found were people getting more and more strident and witchy since they had their clique and were in the majority. They need their Amen Corner, and woe betide if you had another belief.
I miss the speed of the old board. I have been back visiting this page after a 18 mo or so break, but it seems like there are never any new posts here. So, then I leave again, lol.
I visited the pro board once, but after scanning the topics, it didn't seem many were money related. Here, though, it seems a lot of posts (where there are new posts) are about 20s money issues versus 30s money issues, which is not a problem, but I'd like to see both. :-) I also wish all of the posts got more responses.
