Re: Weekend Plans?
We're hosting a BBQ this Sunday for our friends so tonight and tomorrow are dedicated to cleaning and prepping for that. Sunday will be party time! And, while it's not a weekend plan, Monday is my glucose test at 7:45 in the AM.
I have the house to myself ALL week end, and I plan to love every minute of it
My husband is heading to the shore to deal with contractors. We are having a date lunch today, and he will leave from there.
Tonight- I want to deep clean the LR and DR
Tomorrow- Laundry and errands in the morning. Lunch and shopping in the afternoon. At night, I will watch a girl movie with a bottle of wine.
Sunday- Deep clean the kitchen and extra bedrooms. If this happens, my spring cleaning is complete! Even though, next week end is spring cleaning the shore house....it does mean summer is upon us!
I know my life is wildly exciting
Have a fantastic week end, ladies!
Tonight: I joined a gym, and tonight is my fitness assessment. Then sleeeeeping because I am so tired.
Saturday: Working until 4, then cleaning! Mr.Beags is going away for the night so I can clean with abandon. I'm excited.
Sunday: Brunch with my mom and sister for Mother's Day, since we were all OOT last weekend. Then helping my mom clean out her kitchen in preparation for The Great Schlep.
Tonight--going to see Star Trek with DH. Getting ice cream afterward will be my reward for that.
Saturday--picking up a few things that we need for vacation next week; belated Mother's Day dinner since we were out of town last week.
Sunday--Hopefully catching up on sleep and hanging out with my mom while DH helps my brother move to a new apartment.
Tonight: dinner in (pizza on the grill!) and DVR catch up with DH.
Tomorrow: Fallen Heroes 5k in the NE bright and early in the AM. I'm walking it with the kiddo. Then we'll pop home for a nap and probably head out shopping because he's in desperate need of summer clothes! DH is going to a beer event and the MMRBQ later in the evening.
Sunday: No set plans. DH leaves for an overnight work trip right after dinner so we'll probably just try to hang out before then.
Nothing too exciting -
Sat - getting plants for my veggie garden, hitting up a yardsale and then Mr.D and I are taking an infant/child CPR/choking class.
Sun - nada. Hoping to clean out the guest room so I can start the process of making it Jack's new room.
#1 12.11.11
#2 10.23.13 EDD
Good luck on the glucose test NQ! I am dreading mine!
Tonight: Working until 9...
Saturday: BBQ with FIL and BIL and discuss all the house projects we want to complete before the baby comes.
Sunday: Trip to Home Depot to pick up supplies for upcoming projects, maybe go to BRU to look at the gliders they have on sale and hopefully go see The Great Gatsby.
Today/tonight- I am leaving work at 2 pm because I worked until 11 three nights this week and I want to. I'm then running to Joann's to get a few things, going home and vacuuming and working out and then doing some sewing before I go and get DS. I know what will really happen is that I do the running around and all and don't get a second of time to myself to sew. Then some family time before we put DS to bed and hopefully we can watch the office finale tonight. I'm tired of trying to avoid spoilers already and was already spoiled once.
Tomorrow- We are dropping DS at the IL's and running a small errand or two and then going to see our friend who has been in a medically induced coma for over a month. He is sort of out of the coma but not really. he couldn't have guests at first and our weekends have been booked/no sitter so we haven't made it down. Our to do list after that is - lower DS's crib (he is pulling up now!) and get his birthday party invites out since the party is in 3 weeks and they've been sitting on the table for two weeks UGH Hopefully fitting in some sewing since it needs to be done before Sunday.
Sunday- we have a birthday party two little boys that were in the NICU with DS. I got really close with their mom so it will be great to see them since we couldn't hang out all winter. Other than that some cleaning.
It should be a fun but busy weekend. We haven't had a weekend at home in a while so it will be really nice to be in our house for a few hours at least
have a great weekend everyone!
Today: Getting out of here early (when the bosses are away, the mice will play). Grilling for dinner, then probably vegging. Maybe renting Lincoln on demand?
Tomorrow: D's 12 month pediatrician appointment, then heading to ILs where D will stay while we head to a wedding in the city. It's one of DH's coworkers and we will know NO ONE, so I'm not particularly excited. But it will be my first time at Cescaphe, which I'm looking forward to seeing.
Sunday: Breakfast with ILs since we didn't see MIL for Mother's Day. Then home to continue putting the house back together after D's party last weekend.
So far today I ran bright and early, did kindergarten orientation, haircut foot T2, bloodwork for T3- Quest sucks by the way- lunch, park, water ice visit and nap and that was before 1:30. I'm pooped. Tonight were making pizza and chillaxing
tomorrow- birthday party while DH cleans the house, alleluia! Then BBQ at my cousins to exchange Easter baskets and birthday gifts with our godchildren
sunday- cheer on T1 at the Bar Association 5k and maybe sneak in a run at Kelly drive of weather is nice. Then maybe a trip to the mall
Jonathan Dean 4.5.08
Anna Capri 5.4.11
Then on Sunday I went to Suburban Square for a few hours in the afternoon and walked around with a sugary starbucks coffee and spent some giftcards I had been collecting from xmas/b-day. This may sound boring to some, but it was glorious to be out and about and shopping by myself.
So glad Graeme is home already! Must be nice to feel human for an afternoon.
