Phillies

Looking to take my almost two month old to her first Phillies game so we want seats that are covered and/or in the shade. Any advice on the best section to sit in? I figured the 400 level but i thought some of you might know the stadium better and could recommend seats lower down. Also, I hear there is a place to check strollers...or should I just wear her in a carrier? Thank you!

Re: Phillies

  • I imagine you are going to a day game? I would steer clear of the 400 level with a baby- lots of steps. My suggestion would be the "arcade" sections- 234-237 or the 100 level on the far third base side towards left field- aim for rows closer to the top of the section/concourse. The ticket office should be able to tell you where a particular seat is.

Yes, you can check the stroller in to guest services behind the plate on either the 100 or 300 levels.

Also stop by guest services for a first game certificate.

If you are sitting in the shade, bring a jacket even if its a warmer day. That place is a wind tunnel!

  • I agree with not sitting in the 400s, I hate taking the kids up there.

I also don't take the stroller b/c it's a bigger pain in the neck to me. We just use the sling or ergo.
