I'm boring so I'd probably go with something neutral on my hands, like Essie's Madamoiselle. I'd go with a bright shade of pink for my toes.

Great dress it reminds me of a purple tinkerbell. Id recommend a silver base coat and some purple crackle polish
Or you can just grab the nail strips at OMG they are called "purple crackle nail polish strips" Although painting is probably a better option because the silver would be better than a white base.
