I feel like I wasted 5 months
So, we didn't get the house. We had the highest monetary offer, but the next highest offer was a cash buyer and didn't want any inspections, which were a necessity for us. It really is for the best, because they obviously were afraid that it wouldn't pass inspection and a bank appraisal.
However, I am really upset that we put off searching for another house for the last 5 months, because we were under the impression that we were the only ones that were being offered the house. So now, we have to start all over, and there is now no way that we can move in the summer. Grrr....
