Summer Menu Items
What's your go-to in the summer? My winter one is Salsa Chicken, but I don't really like heating my house with the oven in the summer. Last night I did:
Frozen Cheese Ravioli, Diced Tomatoes, Spinach, covered in Pesto. It was REALLY good and super easy!

When it's just me, I make open faced tomato sandwiches with basil and moz cheese melted on top. i usually cook it in the toaster oven.
With dad's garden I do a lot of marinaded chicken with whatever veggies are taken over my house. Usually I grill zuchini and raw cucumbers.
I make a decent amount of stuff on the grill or the george foreman.
BLT's or just Tomato and Mozz sandwiches.
last nights dinner was yummy! and I already had a bunch of chicken chopped up so I didn't even have to do that step.
