As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. Hi there ladies! I have a question for you.... so this weekend in my attempt to push myself to run 5 mins more than I had (25 mins from 20 in the last week) I think I did something to my left hamstring. I can walk fine without pain. It is just when I extend my leg out to stretch it really hurts and is very tight. Not sure if I rest a day or so or push through?? I don't think it is pulled or a strain based on my google reading (ha.)
