Toning Tuesday

What are everyone's work outs going?

I've actually been going to the gym.  I went Friday and Sunday.  I was going to go last night, but Jeff got stuck in VA.  Hunter and I went for a walk, and I did 35 mins of Just Dance 3! 

Tonight - rest

Wed - Gym: bike, arc trainer and ST

Thur/Fri - rest

Sat - Gym: bike, arc trainer and ST

  • I have been awful about going to the gym. We have had a ton of showings and just general summer laziness has taken hold. I will be going tonight. I need to get my a$$ running considering I have a 5k next weekend.

    Its ok. It hurts here and there, but I honestly think a large part is from lack of strength in places I need it. I need to meet with a trainer to make sure I am working the right muscles to strengthen it the way it needs to be.

    Yeah they do offer it. I would rather be in your position because at least your student knows you and your abilities better than a total stranger. Im kinda scared to do it, but I know its somehting i need to do.

  • My workout schedule has been empty....completely empty.  But after putting on a bathing suit and realizing that I've lost most of my muscle tone I'm resuming P90X tonight....modified of course.  And Diesel and I just hit DelCastle for a nice walk. Hoping to do the P90X videos Wed, Thurs, Fri, and Sun and get in some more walks.
