As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

WTF old manager.. I don't care if you think I'm making a big mistake, I'm doing what's best for me and my family.
Besides, telling me that you weren't going to try to get a counter offer approved unless I told you right then and there that I would stay? yeah, you just earned yourself a 'no.' There wasn't much chance that I would stay, since I don't think you can match what the offer I have is, and even that wouldn't be enough for me to stay, but still. Forcing me into making a decision- on the spot- with no time to think it over? That is one of my rules of life.. I will never agree to something if you won't give me time to think about it.
And yeah, when you said you were going to make it as hard for me to leave as possible? You might want to rethink your strategy, because it's simply getting easier
