Pick one of the videos below, or find another 10 minute arm workout video that you like. Use weights, water bottles, or anything else you have on hand for this workout!

Week #1- Get one of these workouts in 3 times this week! (Monday, Wednesday, Friday would be good to give yourself a day in between to rest)

  • Struggles/Successes?: Success - I did zumba twice last week! And I've made the committment to keep doing it twice a week! Let's hope I can keep up with it! Struggle: I've begun the terrible habit of snacking! Yesterday I ate Smartfood for lunch Embarrassed

    Plan for the week (food & exercise)? Try and keep up with Zumba tomorrow and Thursday. Stay on track with my points and figure out what I'm packing for lunch. Today I have a salad with pear, gorgonzola, walnuts, & dried cranberries. I just hope I can keep it interesting the rest of the week!

  • Woo! I am excited for the arm workout. I do something similar everyday, but I kinda make it up as I go so I am glad to have something more stable to follow

    Struggles/Success: I did really well with working out..I made it to the gym four times last week and this weekend I stayed pretty active, walked the dog, dances alot at a wedding...Stuggles continue to be food, I feel as if I am doing better in not over eating and trying to pick healthy choices but i just love food!

    Plan for this week: I am hitting the gym 3 times this week..hoping to maybe sneak in a walk the days I can't...I going camping this weekend so hoping for swimming and hiking! Trying to limit myself to a couple smores haha!

  • Struggles/Successes: Well I got a pretty bad cold the beginning of last week, so I didn't really pay too much attention to eating and didn't get to start my fitness routine. I DID make a point to get out though and I went walking 5 days when my goal was only to do something active 3 days a week. So that's both a struggle (too bad its not running or zumba) and a success (at least I got moving). Oh and I pre-registered for Runordye 5km in augest, so that's some motivation :)

    Plan for the week: Starting this week I am feeling even worse then last week. I think its a combined issue of still having this nasty cold, and then from some internet self-diagnosing, I think it might be side effect of stopping BC this month, headaches, cramps/stomach pain, etc, so I think realistically, I'll try and follow the same routine as last week, get a walk in at least every other day, up my water intake, and go from there.

  • I love the arm challenge!  I have nothing else healthy to contribute right now.  I just ate a very unhealthy lunch Embarrassed

     Ugh, snacking is the devil! BUT as long as you keep track of what you're eating, I feel like snacking helps me get to my next meal without being ravenous!

    I started the arm workout last week and it's great! Its nice to have a set thing to do every other day or so!

    Nice job getting to the gym last week and for keeping up the exercise over the weekend!

    Any amount of moving around is better than nothing, so great job!!

    It's a great little workout! I did it at my desk at work the first time with water bottles that I had!

    Fourth Anniversary 500 Comments 100 Love Its Name Dropper

    Struggles - I started my period today so I am grumpy and bloated! Plus, I want to eat everything in sight.

    Successes - I've made it to day 9 of my ab challenge and I've started a 30-day leg challenge

    Plan for the week (food & exercise) - Continue with my ab & leg challenges and not let my period get the best of me food-wise, fingers crossed!!

    It's a great little workout! I did it at my desk at work the first time with water bottles that I had!

    It's easy, but you can really feel your muscles getting stronger!

    So the arm workout kicked my butt  yesterday...I didnt realize I wasvso out if shape!
