YOU CAN DO IT!!
You may not be losing weight, but are your clothes fitting better? Are YOU feeling better? These are important too! Could you switch up your workout routine? Eat more fruits and veggies? It's tough, but hang in there!
Don't give up!!!
Are you eating enough? Where did you get the 1400 cal/day thing? Sometimes when you eat too little, your body hold onto any stored fat because it's not getting enough new stuff in
Also, consider changing up your foods. If you're eating the same things for bfast/lunch then your body could be getting too used to the same thing.
When is your biggest meal of the day?? It should be breakfast and as you go throughout the day your meals should be more veggie/protein based and less carbs. So if your biggest meal is dinner, change that and add more veggies and cut out some of the carbs.
Change up your workout routine too. Try something new, do more cardio or try some weight lifting machines.
Also, drink more water!!!! This is very important and it's seriously amazing what adding more water/day can do!

You might have hit a plateau.
Are you eating any processed foods? You could also try to add something totally different to your workout routine. I love Shaun T videos.
