What do you want in a house? Also, where are you looking. Budget? I will help you look for a house!

Re: Alyssa

  • Sounds good to me!I have so much trouble looking at the realtor websites.

We are looking for a house that is somewhere between 1700 and 2000 sf, and top at about 210k.

    At least:

3 bedroom, 1.5 bath and 2 car garage.

We would like a MBR that is at least 15x15, and at least a half acre lot.

The biggest problem we seem to have is location, though. We don't want to be in a traditional "development", one where there are the same type of house right on top of each other. We also have a very specific area that we are looking in. I can't say school districts, per say, because there are some parts of each school district that don't work. Same goes with zip codes. So I have some numbered road boarders on google maps. If you google map Fleetwood Pa, we want to be in between these roads: 78- the interstate running to the north, 61 on the left of the screen,  1010-aka state street or park road at the bottom of the screen, and 1024- or long lane, millcreek and park roads on the right side. The zips in the area are 19522, 19530, 19510

    Have fun!!! And thank you!
