THIS ONE IS PERFECT. I know the price is high but I bet you can get it down. Its been listed for 2 months and they have already dropped the price.
This one would be a possibility. The only thing it is a short sale, and we are trying to avoid those.
We actually saw this one on our first round of searching. It wasn't bad, but we didn't really like the layout.
This one is pretty good, It is close to the neighbors, but I am impressed by the inside. Plus, it is like a block and a half away from the Chinese restaurant.... I would be there all the time!
I absolutely love this one. I think for this house, I wouldn't mind spending quite this much. It has a lot of land with it, which is actually about half the cost of the property. There is a lot near there the same size that is almost as much! I am definitely going to go see this one! Thank you so much Jen!
