How was your week? OK.
Struggles/Successes? Struggles: still snacking like crazy. Success: I went to zumba on Tuesday and plan to go tomorrow morning
Weekend plans (food and/or fitness)? Zumba tomorrow morning and picking up swordfish for dinner. Sunday I'll probably do housework, maybe take the pup for a long walk if it's nice

What's your favorite healthy dinner meal? I have a few. I love seafood, so that paired with some fresh veggies is perfect! Although, H needs a starch so I usually make rice or something to go with it. I made this for dinner last night and it was awesome! I added extra veggies and served it over parmesan polenta.
What's your go to healthy snack? I try to make it fruit or veggies. Sometimes it's pretzels or whole grain cheez-its
How often do you weigh/measure yourself? I try to do it once a week, although lately it's been when I remember.

How was your week?
I had a really good week! I'm still doing my Ab and Leg challenges and in my mind I am starting to see results.
Struggles/Successes?
I struggled a bit earlier this week because I was on my period so I felt bloated all the time. Now that that is over with, I am starting to feel really good about my tummy. I still struggle with my eating habits but I'm just remembering it's one step at a time.
Weekend plans (food and/or fitness)?
Nothing too exciting going on this weekend. I'll still be plugging along with my challenges witness-wise. I am hoping that the hubs will want to take the dogs hiking at some point because it is such a nice day today.

What's your favorite healthy dinner meal?
I don't eat healthy, like at all. I guess maybe marinated chicken kabobs with veggies but the marinade it probably loaded with salt.
What's your go to healthy snack?
Considering that I ate two s'mores and had a bowl of ice cream for dinner last night, I don't have very many healthy snacks at home. I do like fruits and veggies though but H usually eats them before I have a chance.
How often do you weigh/measure yourself?
I try not to weigh myself very often. I don't want to feel really good about myself, get on the scale and have my weight not change or go up. I really just want to tone more than lose weight so I am going to start measuring my waist and thighs starting next week but even that I might not do that often. As long as I feel good then I don't care about the numbers.

How was your week? It was pretty good...last night's dinner was bad but other than that worked out everyday , eat pretty healthy
Struggles/Successes? I am not losing any weight its pretty frustrating when you try so hard
Weekend plans (food and/or fitness)? pssh...its going to hell this weekend...we going camping and only bought bad food but Im hoping for a lot of hiking and swimming and hopefully not overindulge
Did anyone try out the arm workout?? yes, it was hard but I liked it...I started out with too high of a weight and brought it back down to 5lbs...hoping to see some arm guns soon

What's your go to healthy snack? fiber bars and i like hummus too
How often do you weigh/measure yourself? everyday...i think I need to stop its getting more frustrating
How was your week? Week was ok. Not too exciting.
Struggles/Successes? Was still sick, so haven't been where I would have liked to be, but still met my 3 days a week goal and was under calories all week. So that's good.
Weekend plans (food and/or fitness)? Tomorrow I have a running date with a girl I work with (who also signed up for the color run with me in July, so we have a goal!) Sunday we are going to my parents for a fathers day/moms bday party, so it will be a challenge to watch what I eat and not be a piggy there!

What's your favorite healthy dinner meal? Vegetarian lasagnia, my mom has a reciepe that is loaded with veggies and is whole wheat noodles, so its quite healthy, but its so good I have to make sure I don't eat too much of it!
What's your go to healthy snack? does dried mango count? at least they are not chips...
How often do you weigh/measure yourself? About 1-2 a week.

I'm sorry you're frustrated and I really hope that it's just a temporary plateau! Just remember that it's not always about the # on the scale, but how you feel about being healthier in general!
Put the scale away for a week (I know it's not easy) and just think about all the good you're doing for your body through eating right and exercising!
Have fun this weekend and don't feel bad about making a few not so healthy choices!!!
