Struggles/Successes? I eat horribly but I did get a 2 hour hike in and walked alot so hopefully the scale isnt horrible
Plans for the week (food)? green smoothie for breakfast, try to do tuna or salad for lunch and then do grilled chicken alot for dinner try to be as healthy as possible

How often do you eat out for lunch? i used to alot but now I am so broke that I dont
What are your must haves for snacks at work? pretzels
What time of day do you prefer to exercise? right after work or I wont go
How was everyone's weekend? Good! A good mix of fun, work, family and fitness
Struggles/Successes? Successes, I am staying on my goal of at least 3 fitness activities a week, and being better at remembering to log food. Yesterday was fathers day and we celebrated my mom's bday, so that was a gongshow foodwise. It made me kind of realize that really I should have a day that I Just don't bother logging or feeling guilty about what I eat, because not only did I eat way to much, but because I was busy I forgot to log most of it...it would be better to not log at all so that it doesn't work into my weekly averages at all. So from now on I think I will take my day off as a "freebie" day. (more sustainable)
Plans for the week (food)? Plans for the week (exercise)? FINALLY starting to run, so my plan for food is that I bough a lot of greens so hopefully throw some more salads in the mix, and I plan to run Monday-wed-fri and do something active tues thurs (walking or zumba or something fun that's not running).

What time of day do you prefer to exercise? Mid morning (10 or 11ish)

How was everyone's weekend?
I had a good weekend! Spent time with the hubs, the dogs, and my dad
I got sunburnt on Friday while hanging out in my hammock but I'm OK with that because it was a beautiful day!
Struggles/Successes?
I haven't struggled lately. I'm doing really good and I feel really good which is the most important thing. I'm keeping up with my Ab challenge, 17 days down, and I went for a mile run tonight. I'm feeling so good and I hope this feeling continues
Plans for the week (food)?
You all know I don't eat healthy! On the menu this week is... brats, burgers, onion rings, spaghetti, chicken kabobs, chicken noodles w/ gravy, and pancakes

Not very often. There are only 2 options in the town that I work in, Subway or the Deli at the grocery store so thankfully I'm not tempted by much.
What are your must haves for snacks at work?
I loves anything crunchy & anything sweet
What time of day do you prefer to exercise?
I typically run right after work and do my Ab challenge during my evening TV shows

How was everyone's weekend? Great I had a bachelorette party!
Struggles/Successes? I keep craving junk! I have added a lot more fruits and veggies back in to my diet though.
Plans for the week (food)? I don't plan any more and just make light things when I'm hungry. Last night I had a salad and a few hours later a sandwich.
Plans for the week (exercise)? Walk during breaks at work. I need to add more in though.
