  • Down 9.5 pounds total!! I started really counting calories yesterday, and my knee felt good enough to try going to dance class. My physical therapy is making a HUGE difference. My knee barely hurt at all while dancing, so hopefully I'll be able to start exercising more and bust this weight's butt!! I'm .5 pound away from my first reward, which is getting a gel manicure :) Of course I started getting good right as I'm about to go on vacation to the beach :P

  • I have been doing OK. I am fussing with the same 2-3 pounds and have been for the last month. I feel better and have been eating well, I just can't seem to get over this plateau.

     Way to go, Jen!

  • I'm up weight, but I'm down in measurements.  I think I'm just building muscles.  I've been doing a lot of strength training.  I need to get back into cardio. 

    I was really bad about food this weekend. We went to a wedding and I did not behave.  They had a pizza late night snack, and I decided I earned an obscene amount of pizza after showing "my mad chin up skills" on one of the ceiling beams of the boat.  I was dancing a lot, but I really doubt I did enough to burn all the Captain Morgan I drank that night.  At least I had a lot of fun though!

    DH and I are on our third week of going to the gym hard core.  We have been every weeknight and some mornings.  I am really proud of ourselves for sticking with it.  I am feeling good.  I haven't really seen it on the scale but I feel it.

    I'm on my "staycation" but I've been adding more fruits and veggies to my meals since they are in season now!  Mmmmmm corn, cantaloupe, cucumbers, blueberries......

    Been running around with the kids, and I think I'm down a pound or two - yay!  Hope to start back at the gym next week!

    I am worried about putting on a bathsuit today for the beach.  I've went up a size since last year, so I'm hoping SOMETHING fits....
