Non-Update.. Update

I'm still alive- still bleeding. Going on 21 days now- boarderline anemic at this point. They wanted me to go in for an ultrasound (to make sure everything has cleared out and because during a pelvic exam they were concerned with the size of my ute) but they won't let me bring LT and I don't have anyone who can sit with him. So for now I am just waiting it out.

LT has been amazing lately though- I've had to drag him into all kinds of Dr's offices in the last week and he's been very chill. He's also finally sleeping better at night so the sleep is helping.

  • Can they really tell you not to bring LT to your ultrasound?  That seems ridiculous to make you choose.

I hope you figure something out and everything is ok!

They told me about 10x that I was not allowed to bring him... even after I went in with him in his stroller and they could see how quiet and well behaved he is. You would think considering its an Army base that they would be use to "single" parents. But they really just don't care...

I hope you figure something out and everything is ok!

    Thanks!

  • I'm  with Jenny--that's ridiculous that they won't let you bring LT, ESPECIALLY after reading your reply. Don't any other parents with their spouse deployed/indisposed get sick? You can't be the only person with a kid and far away from anyone who can help! Gah!

I'm sorry, I'm frustrated for you. I hope your bleeding stops and you start to feel better. <3

  • I'm so sorry, hun. I hope you get some answers soon. That's BS that you can't bring LT in.
